Trusted Like Family Home Care was founded in 2018 to fill a gap in client care and service that existed within Worcester County’s in-home care services market. Since then, our mission has been to be recognized as the best provider of in-home care in the towns that we serve. We do this by hiring only the best caregivers, and by providing outstanding communications and services to our clients and their families.
Like many areas of the country, our local market for in-home care services is split between small independent providers and the local offices of national franchises. Small providers often provide a high quality of care, but don’t always meet expectations in terms of client service. Franchises typically provide good client service based on an established national model, but with overburdened caregivers, sometimes come up short in meeting client care expectations. Trusted Like Family Home Care was founded to combine the best aspects of both the locally owned and nationally franchised home care models – providing both outstanding care and service to our clients and their families.
