"I hired Trusted Like Family Home Care to assist my mom when she stayed at our home while recovering from surgery.  The process to set this up was very easy with the owner, Mike and his nurse coming to the rehab my mom was at for the intake.  From there, we worked together to set up the CNA care and they made the transition from rehab to home stress free for our family. My husband and I were able to go to work without worrying whether my mom was ok once she came to our home following rehab. My mom loved her aides who were so friendly and caring.  They helped with my mom’s laundry (including bedding and making my mom’s bed); cleaning of my mom’s area - bedroom and first floor; lunches and companionship. They were so professional.  I would definitely hire Trusted Like Family Home Care again if needed. I highly recommend them."

Mike, the owner of the company, sought to match a suitable caregiver for Mom, who was initially reluctant to have anyone come into her home. Her caregiver understands the delicacy of allowing Mom to feel she still has her independence, while at the same time is able to help her with some everyday tasks to make life just a bit easier. Our family is not nearby, so Trusted Like Family really does bridge the gap between home and family, being there for Mom when we can’t be.
