"Trusted Like Family Home Care has provided incredible support for both my husband and myself. We both were recovering, myself from major surgery and my husband from ongoing health issues, that made it challenging to manage everything at home. Trusted Like Family was recommended to us by my physical therapist. Mike and his staff were very responsive to our needs in scheduling aides. Mike would come the first day each caregiver started to introduce them to us and go over the needs we had. The aides who came a couple of times a week, would help with grocery pick-up, meal prep, personal assistance if needed and light house cleaning. We looked forward to their visits each week. "I hired Trusted Like Family Home Care to assist my mom when she stayed at our home while recovering from surgery.  The process to set this up was very easy with the owner, Mike and his nurse coming to the rehab my mom was at for the intake.  From there, we worked together to set up the CNA care and they made the transition from rehab to home stress free for our family. My husband and I were able to go to work without worrying whether my mom was ok once she came to our home following rehab. My mom loved her aides who were so friendly and caring.  They helped with my mom’s laundry (including bedding and making my mom’s bed); cleaning of my mom’s area - bedroom and first floor; lunches and companionship. They were so professional.  I would definitely hire Trusted Like Family Home Care again if needed. I highly recommend them."

Mike, the owner of the company, sought to match a suitable caregiver for Mom, who was initially reluctant to have anyone come into her home. Our family is not nearby, so Trusted Like Family really does bridge the gap between home and family, being there for Mom when we can’t be.
